Worldwide Inspiration

Traveling to new places and immersing yourself in new cultures can increase cognitive flexibility. This is because your brain is exposed to new impressions and stimuli through your senses, which can form new neural connections in turn boosting creativity, building resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering independence. This also increases empathy by exposing you to new ideas, perspectives, and experiences.

Covid-19 unfortunately put a stop to the international programs I was hoping to have the opportunity to enjoy while I was in college, so after each summer of guiding while I was in college I decided to tuck away some money so that I could create my own semester abroad post-graduation.

Culinary Inspiration

My family loves food. Growing up I was a bit picky, but as I developed so did my taste buds and appreciation for diverse cuisines.

Musical Focus

Following the completion of the Gibson Frethaus studio, I was still hooked on musical instrument design and constantly looked for new inspiration and innovations.
